I understand your plug statement and normally in something with less compression a plug does not change much if any thing. The higher the compression the more spark plugs make a difference. We are running high compression in the singles to get the power they get.
You might be right and the o2 sensor could be going out as well. This is my next venture if the dealership can not figure it out. I received a call Saturday from there technician that specializes in tuning and dyno's their bikes. He advised if the plugs do not make a difference might have to buy a power commander with timing adjust and I had to explain we do not have that for our TR650. The KTM dealerships are not yet up to speed on older Husqvarna's especially the one year made tr650. Just want to get the vibes out in the highway miles as I do 60 a day. Most likely in Feb. trading for a bigger bike anyways.
